TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Operating principle
When temperature of thesensing bulbgoes up or down,bellows in temperature controller willbe mpressed orlengthened, so push the switcher by lever arm incuton or cutoffstatus.So that it can protect sys tern working innormal status.
The temperature of temperature controllers proper is indicatedbysymbols TS.the temperature of sensor bulb by Tb.

The direction of switch action during temperature increasing isindicated by the arrowhead.
The length of capillary tube may be meter,3 meter or specialspecification to 10 meter.

Usage:

1.The sensing bulb of the temperaturecontrol should be set in thetem perature controlled area with good airventilation and correcttemperature indicated.
But it should betaken care to place the sensing bnlb on the returnair side instead ofcold air outlet side,where air cooler is used inthe cold storage.
2.The capillary tube between the sensing bulb and the boby ofcontrolshould not Pass through the region with temperature olwerthan thetemperature controlled, nor should it be in contact withother pipes.
3.During installation,the radius of bend lug curvature forthecapillary tube should not be less than 60mm., and the capillarytubeshuld be clamped with straps 3OOmm.apart
4.By turning thebutton of main adjusting screw and differentialadjusting screw beforeturning the locating washer should be turnedoff,the temperature anddifferential temPeature settings may beadjusted respectively accordingto he values indicated on hescale.
5.Mounting size62X43.5mm.
